This is a delicious, moist and healthy carrot cake

Preheat oven to 180°C. Sift flour, baking powder,baking soda and cinnamon powder

In a bowl combine butter, oil, milk, sugar and buttermilk until light and fluffy

Add in vanilla essence. Then slowly add the flour mixture and mix till well combined

Finally add grated carrot and mix well

Pour the batter into a greased tin and bake for about 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Check by inserting a skewer and it should come out clean.

Once done, cool completely and then cut into slices to serve
