Ingredients

  1. 250 gmgavarfali(cluster beans)
  2. All Regular masale (salt,red chilli,turmeric,coriander)
  3. 1 tspamchoor powder
  4. Dry coriander
  5. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut into small pieces, wash it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add coriander, add washed gavarfali, saute it, cover with lid and cooked until soft.

  3. 3

    Add all dry masale and amchoor powder and coriander.

  4. 4

    Mix it.check by pressing it with spatula.

  5. 5

    When cooked well witched off gas.
