Ingredients

1 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupgranulated sugar
4 tbsbutter
2 tbscurd
1/3 cupchoco chips
1/2 tspvanilla essence
2 scoopsice cream or whip cream

Steps

Add brown sugar,granualated sugar,curd,butter and vanilla essence.

Cream the mix untill it's fully creamed

Sift flour and baking soda

Fold choco chips

Srpead the mix in hot skillet pan and bake at 190 degree for about 10 min

Cookie will be slightly chewy in texture must eaten with hot milk,icrecream or whip cream
