Griend coarsely the soaked daal.

Heat a pan put oil,let it hot.

Put cumin seeds, asafoetida,black pepper,saute it one minute.

Put dal in the pan,add all spices.

Roast it till dry and golden.

Remove it from the flame.

Now add coriander leaves.

Put it in a bowl.

It can be keep 1 week in the fridge.

Can be use any time.we can make kachori, paranthe,or stuffed roti also.
