Steps

  1. 1

    First fry the oil with onion,...

  2. 2

    Then add ukpaka, crayfish, kpomo, dried fish and stir..

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and mix

  4. 4

    If you are adding plantain,you can slice your plantain in bits and stir in.. but if you are stirring in the plantain do so before you add the vegetables
