Boil beef,dryfish and stockfish.boil till is chewable.

Boil banga and extract the juice.boil banga juice in a pot for 30minutes then add uyak spices,meat,dry fish and stock meat and continue boiling.

Add crayfish,pepper and seasoning cook till is thick.shred the atama leaves wash pour in the soup and cook a bit.
