Ingredients

  1. 1 packetMaggie (masala/vegetarian) (You can use aata Maggie noddless or plain one also)
  2. 1/2 cuphot and sweet ketchup
  3. 1/2 cupHot water
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2 Cucumber (remove mid part)
  6. 1/2 Tomato(remove mid part)
  7. 1/4all 3 bell papers 1/4 raw mango
  8. 1/2 Totapari mango
  9. 1/4 Raw mango
  10. 1/4Carrot
  11. 1/2 eachsmall bowl green grapes and black grapes
  12. 1/4 bowl eachBlack berry and blue berry
  13. 1/2 bowl eachpomegranate Tamarind chutney (as per taste) Green chutney (as per taste)
  14. As per tasteBlack salt and white salt
  15. 1/4 tspChat masala
  16. 4-5 Almonds
  17. 1 tspLemon juice
  18. 1 tspSugar (optional)
  19. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  20. 11/2 Triangle cheese(small chunks)
  21. For garnishing:fruits, cheese, almond and roasted Maggie (you can use any citrus fruits and veggies according to your choice Like boil potato, paneer,boil peas,

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast Maggie, till it’s look like bhujiya sev.than add Maggie masala(than 1 1/2 tsp Maggie keep it separate for garnish).

    Than add ketchup and hot water than for 2 1/2 hrs keep it Oustside.

    Then add all chutney and finely chopped veggies and fruits and other ingredients finally
    garnish and keep it in fridge.

    Serve chilled (at last add roasted Maggie garnish and serve it)
