Steps

Peel potato, slice in long strips, rinse and set aside. Pour oil in frying pan and allow to heat. Pour potato and allow to fry. Set aside.

Rinse onions and tomatoes, Slice and fry in 1tbs of oil under low heat. Add maggi to taste.

Whisk egg, add pinch of saltpour in nylon, and cook in boiling water. Once cooked, remove egg from nylon, slice in squares and add to fried onions and tomatoes. Mix well

Dress your Kidd lunch box with fried potatoes and egg veggies by the side
