2 cupchopped coriander leaves
2green chillies
1 inchginger
10 clovesgarlic
1/2 tspsalt
2 tsplemon juice
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1 tspoil
1/4 tspmustard seeds

Wash coriander leaves and put in mixer grinder

Add salt,cumin seeds,garlic,chilli and ginger

Grind into a smooth paste

Takeout in a bowl and mix lemon juice

Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds

Add coriander chutney and saute for 2-3 minutes

Chutney is ready.
