Orange pound cake with chocolate chip
Best served with tea.
Steps

Preheat oven at 170℃ sieve the flour.

Prepare four, 200 gms loaf tins. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Continue mixing. Add the orange rind, oil and vanilla extract, mix well.

Fold in the flour..do not over mix. Divide equally on the baking tins, sprinkle the chocolate chips.

Bake for about 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to confirm readiness.
