Spaghetti jellof with fried egg

Wash and chop all your vegetables and set aside then prepare your tomatoes stew

Put some water to boil, when it start to bubble add the spaghetti, little salt,oil and parboil for 10_12 minutes. Then strain into the sieve

Heat up pot with a bit of vegetable oil adding the chopped vegetables,the tomato stew,the meat stock,the crayfish, seasoning cube salt and pepper to taste and leave to fry for some seconds on medium heat

Add the parboil spaghetti stir with a wooden spoon and allow to cook for another 10 minutes.Serve with the fried egg
