I had it for lunch with my colleagues. We cooked it based on 玫瑰小姐 (Ms. Rose) ’s recipe in Cookpad Taiwan. Minced meat miso udon noodle

Cut onion and leak in small pieces.

Heat a pan, add some oil and stir fry onion. Add minced meat when the onion becomes transparent.

At the same time with 2, boil water, heat up already-cooked frozen udon noodles for 1 min and drain.

Mix all the ingredients for miso sauce.

Add sauce into the pan and mix well.

Add well drained udon into the pan and mix well.

Decorate the pieces of leak on top and finish! Serve hot!
