Boil the milk and make chena by either adding calcium lactate or lime juice.

Strain well. Mix the nolen gur very well. Keep 1/ 3rd of it aside.

Now heat the 2/3 rd in a microwave oven for around 4 mins. Cool

After it is cooled, blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.

Take a wide bottom container. Spread the mixture kept aside (1/3rd). Top with the blended mixture. Spread some butter scotch. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a tsp of liquid nolen gur
