Ingredients

  1. Vegetable
  2. Onion
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Oil
  5. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove stalks from the vegetables

  2. 2

    Slice onions, tomatoes

  3. 3

    Fry onions till golden

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and immediately add vegetables without cutting

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste then cover until it shrinks a bit

  6. 6

    Turn until salt mixes well.

  7. 7

    Serve with ugali, rice or eat with bread.
