  • Rice
  • Plantain
  • Groundnut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • m
  • Crafish

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry plantain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Perboil rice and wash very well. Add 3cps of water to he stew and cook. When it starts to boil pour n the rice and the remaining ingredients then stir gently.

  3. 3

    Allow to cook, when done, dish the fried plantain
