First make a soft dough from wheat flour keep a side

Heat the pan add oil then cumin seed after crackle of seed then add chopped onion stir fry till light brown then add chopped cabbage stir fry for 1 min

Then add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder stir fry till soft garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Then take a small portion of dough make small roll then stuff the stir fry cabbage on it then cover with from all the side then again roll it down

Then Heat the tawa place the cabbage stuff paratha spread ghee or oil then cook from both the side
- 6
Cabbage paratha is ready to serve with tomato coriander chutney
