Ingredients

250 gmfish bones
1 bowlchopped vegetables
1onion chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspnigella seeds
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and fry the fish bones with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
2

Now temper nigella seeds and green chillies,fry onions
3

Add vegetables and saute well adding ginger garlic paste
4

Add red chilli Powder and bones
5

Saute well till oil separates
6

Serve it with steaming rice
