1 bunchmalabar spinach chopped
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspginger paste
1onion chopped
1 tspfive spices
1 tspred chilli Powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and fry the head part and keep aside

Now add the five spices and red chilli Powder
3

Add ginger garlic paste and onion saute well
4

Add chopped Spinach and saute well
5

Add salt turmeric powder and head,cover until it is soft
6

Add sugar and mix well
