Coarse crush the green peas.

Take oil in a pan add jeera add garlic paste and saute.

Add green peas and cook for 5 mins.

Add salt, sugar, garam masala and mix well.

Add grated fresh coconut and cook for 5-10 mins.

Add 1 tbspn of lemon juice and mix well.

Let it cool. Mix wheat flour,salt, hot oil,ajwain and knead a dough.

Roll out poori and fill the peas mixture on half side of puri and fold the half portion on mixture to form half moon shape.

Ensure edges are sticked properly and deep fry till golden brown.

Ready to serve as it is or with tomato ketchup.
