Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2cups_self raising flour
  2. 1 Cup_sugar
  3. 1_tbs margarine
  4. 2_eggs
  5. 1/4_cup milk
  6. 1/4_cup warm water
  7. Oil _for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put flour in a bowl

  2. 2

    Rub in margarine and add sugar

  3. 3

    Beat together eggs, milk and water and add to the flour

  4. 4

    Knead dough till soft

  5. 5

    Roll out and cut into desired shapes

    Deep fry in oil until golden brown on all sides
