Slice tomatoes, onions and pepper

Place a pot on the fire add little vegetable oil allow to heat

Add the sliced tomatoes, onions and pepper allow to fry. When dried, add your beated egg and stir. All to fry for like 3 mins. Turn off the heat.

Serve with fried plantain
