Pick beans to remove stones and dirts

Place a pot on the fire add water when boiling, wash beans and add to the boiling water add onions and allow to cook until soft add salt and allow water to dry up. Note, you will keep adding water when cooking until it's cooked

Place another pot on the fire, add palm oil, allow to heat, add sliced onions, blended crayfish and pepper, seasoning and allow to fry.

Add to the cooked beans and turn.

Serve with fried plantain
