Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour (atta)
  2. 1/2 cupGhee
  3. 6 table spoonSugar
  4. Almonds for garnishing
  5. 2 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok pour ghee

    Add atta (whole wheat flour)

    Mix and cook in very low flame till it becomes dark golden brown colour

    After that add water and stir continuously otherwise there is lumps in halwa

    When halwa is thick add sugar and mix well

    Garnish with almonds, serve hot
