Savoyard Fondue

Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of dry white wine into a saucepan. When it starts to simmer, add the cheeses cut into small cubes. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining white wine, cornstarch, nutmeg, and kirsch. Stir well.

Add the cornstarch, wine, and kirsch mixture to the melted cheese. Stir to combine.

Enjoy with bread.
