In bowl soak ur potash in water

In a separate bowl add flour,boabab add potash water until u get a batter like u want to make puffs.

Bring water to boil and scoop in your batter till well cooked

Drain it and add oil,seasoning,pepper. Garnish with onions, tomatoes and cucumbers
