Put the required quantity of water in a pot, add the noodles seasoning, add chopped red and green peppers, add chopped onions, add little curry powder, add few drops of vegetable oil. Allow to boil a little, add the raw noodles, cover and allow to boil until water almost dries up, add the chopped sausage, stir, cover and allow to steam. Boil one egg in hot water until it is cooked.

Your breakfast noodles is ready! Serve the noodles with the boiled egg. Enjoy!
