  1. Sausages
  2. Yam
  3. Salt
  4. Onion
  5. Pepper
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cook yam add salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh pepper,heat up vegetable oil and fry the sausages for 2minutes select out.fry the onion then pour in the pepper to fry.

  3. 3

    Add salt to taste and seasoning after few mins the simple pepper sauce is ready.
