Take a big microwave safe bowl.

Add all the dry ingredients

Give it a good stir.

Then add butter, condensed milk and milk to the mix. Again stir it well and make sure there are no lumps in it.

Then add a fistful of chocolate chunks in it.

Put the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes.
