To me this is the best meatloaf I've ever had. It's so flavorful. No need to add salt and pepper its already in the seasonings and the glaze is the bomb and it makes a lot. My family loves it and we never have any left overs. I use a food processor to chop all my veggies up.

Ingredients

  1. 3 lbs80 / 20 lean ground hamburger
  2. 1 Tablespoonbutter
  3. 1 Tablespoonolive oil
  4. 1 cupPanko Italian seasoned bread crumbs or i have used Italian pork rind crumbs
  5. 3 teaspoonsgreek seasoning
  6. 3 teaspoonsCreole seasoning
  7. 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  8. 1medium yellow onion finely diced
  9. 3 stalkscelery finely diced
  10. 3 clovesgarlic minced
  11. 1/4 cupketchup low sodium / sugar is what i use
  12. 3eggs beaten
  13. 3 TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  14. Glaze topping
  15. 1 cupBrown sugar I use splenda brown sugar
  16. 2 cupsketchup i use low sodium/ sugar
  17. 4 Tablespoonsmaple syrup or sugar free syrup
  18. 4 Tablespoonsspicy Brown mustard
  19. : NOTE : For patties and muffin tin meatloaf
  20. On a baking sheet form mixture into patties or fill muffin tins
  21. Bake for 35 minutes
  22. Then top with a little glaze and bake for about 10 more minutes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet sautee onion and celery in butter and olive oil till tender then stir in minced garlic.

    Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

  3. 3

    Mix everything well except topping

  4. 4

    Form into a loaf in a 13×9 inch dish

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or till done. Drian off any excess Grease. Mix up glaze topping.

  6. 6

    Pour some sauce mixture on and continue to bake for 15 to 20 more minutes

  7. 7

    Let rest before slicing and serve with additional sauce as desired
