Ingredients

1small packet Maggi
2-3 cupmacaroni
1capsicum chopped
1potato chopped
2medium size onion chopped
2green chilli
1/2small cup coriander leaves
as neededSalt
as neededRed chilli powder
as neededTurmeric powder
1 packetMaggi masala
2 tbsplarge oil
as neededWater
2 tbspTomato sauce

Steps

Firstly, boil the macaroni and Maggi. After boil it then it well.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add potato,capsicum,onion,green chilli and saute it for 2-4 mins.

Add all dry masalas and coriander leaves. saute it for 20-40 seconds.

Add Maggi macaroni and mix well.

Now, Maggi macaroni is ready to serve.
