Ingredients

  1. 1small packet Maggi
  2. 2-3 cupmacaroni
  3. 1capsicum chopped
  4. 1potato chopped
  5. 2medium size onion chopped
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 1/2small cup coriander leaves
  8. as neededSalt
  9. as neededRed chilli powder
  10. as neededTurmeric powder
  11. 1 packetMaggi masala
  12. 2 tbsplarge oil
  13. as neededWater
  14. 2 tbspTomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, boil the macaroni and Maggi. After boil it then it well.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add potato,capsicum,onion,green chilli and saute it for 2-4 mins.

  4. 4

    Add all dry masalas and coriander leaves. saute it for 20-40 seconds.

  5. 5

    Add Maggi macaroni and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now, Maggi macaroni is ready to serve.
