Take a pan heat some ghee. Add coriander seeds, garlic, red chilli, onion, little bit of coconut, jeera and methi seeds and tamarind

Sauté it for sometime and take this mixture and in the grinder and make a thick paste

Take a kadhai add some ghee and then add the cleaned chicken pieces to it. Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder and sauté it for some time

Add the thick paste that you made to this chicken and add water to it. Let it cook for sometime. The consistency of this gravy has to be really thin.

Take some freshly grated coconut add water and grind it. Then strain it with a thin cloth. This coconut milk that you get after straining has to be added in the gravy once the chicken is almost cooked

Check for salt if it’s fine your gravy is ready. You can pour it over the roti and enjoy it :)
