Take flour add salt and oil and knead dough and keep it for 1 hour.

Now take pan add oil and garlic paste fry till brown add grated all vegetable and fry them for 5 mins,then add salt, black pepper,chaat masala and mix well.

Now take dough roll it and add stuffing and shape like gujiya and then steam all momos in steamer for 15 mins.

Now take out and add tandoori sauce in all momos and serve with red chilli sauce.
