Ingredients

50 gcream cheese/ very soft goats cheese
150 gfeta
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbspolive oil
Generous pinch cayenne pepper
Generous pinch ground black pepper

Steps

Put everything in a blender and blend til well mixed. Add more cayenne or black pepper to taste.

Garnish with dried thyme and/ or some cayenne and/ or spring onion and/ or lemon zest. Runny honey is also good... Enjoy 😋
