Firstly wash the parwal Peel and cut both sides of parwal. Slit them and scrape out the pulp and seeds with the help of knife, keep aside.

Now in a pan boil the water and add parwal and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now in another pain add sugar and water until the sugar dissolved completely. Then drop the parwal and cook them till these colour changes slightly. Then turn off the flame, cover and leave the parwal for 1 hour.

Now roast the mava in a pan until the colour changes slightly. Then transfer the mava on a plate and thoroughly mix dry fruits, cardamom powder and powdered sugar in slightly warm mava.

Now generously fill each parwal with the mava stuffing. Place 2-3 the chopped almond and pistachios on the top. Now parwal mithai is ready.
