Ingredients

  1. For Mashed Veggies
  2. 1 CupPeas

  4. 2capsicum
  5. 1 CupChopped cauliflower
  6. 1Chopped Carrot
  7. 1/4 CupChopped Green Beans
  8. For White Shahi Bhaji part
  9. 6-8 PiecesCashews
  10. 2 tbspFreshly Grated coconut
  11. 1Chopped Onion
  12. 2 tbspFresh Cream
  13. 1 SpoonPoppy Seeds
  14. 1 tspWhite Pepper Powder
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/2 tbspGarlic Paste
  17. 1/2 tbspGinger Paste
  18. 1 1/2 CupBoiled and Mashed Veggies
  19. 1/4 CupCurd
  20. 2 tbspbutter
  21. 1/4 tspPav Bhaji Masala
  22. Some grated Paneer or Cheese for garnishing
  23. For Green Bhaji part
  24. 1 CupSpring Onion
  25. 1/4 CupChopped Spinach
  26. 5-6Green Chillies
  27. 1/2 tbspGarlic Paste
  28. 1/2 tbspGinger Paste
  29. 2 tbspFresh Coriander
  30. 1 1/2 CupBoiled and Mashed Veggies
  31. 1/2 tspPav Bhaji Masala
  32. 2 tbspoil
  33. 1/4 tspWhole Jeera
  34. Pinchhing
  35. Salt as per taste
  36. As neededFresh Coriander for garniahing
  37. As neededFreshly boiled peas
  38. For red bhaji part
  39. 1 CupTomato Puree
  40. 2chopped onion
  41. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  42. 1/4 tspGaram Masala Powder
  43. 1/2 tbspDhaniya Powder
  44. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  45. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  46. 1/2 tbspPav Bhaji Masala
  47. 1 1/2 CupBoiled and Mashed Veggies
  48. 3 tbspOil
  49. 3 tbspLemon Juice
  50. 1 tspSugar
  51. Salt as per taste
  52. 1/4 tspMustard Seeds
  53. 1/4 tspWhole Jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat 1 tbsp Butter and once heated add onion,cashew nuts and poppy seedsand sauté it.Now add fresh cream and fresh coconut,salt,fresh cream and grind it in a Mixy once it is cooled down to a paste.

    Now heat 1 tbsp Butter and add to it ginger and garlic paste and the gravy.Cook for sometime and then add the Dahi.

    Now add Salt per taste,white pepper and Pav Bhaji masala and cook for a while.Once ready,garnish with grated Paneer or Cheese.

    For green part,take spinach,coriander,green chillies and add a little water and grind till a smooth Paste.Now heat oil and the add whole jeera,pinch of Hing,ginger and garlic pastes and then the grinded gravy.

    Now add Salt,veggies,some lemon juice,sugar and then alter per taste.

    Now it's ready and garnish with fresh coriander.

    Now finally for the red part,heat the oil and then add mustard seeds and Whole jeera,pinch of Hing,chopped onions and sauté it till onions are golden brown.Then add red chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Garam Masala Powder,Dhaniya powder and other ingredients alongside tomato.

    When the tomato is cooked properly,add the boiled and Mashed Veggies to it.Now add lemon juice,sugar and salt.Now it's ready!

    Now take a plate and make a layer of Green bhaji.Sprinkle with Fresh green peas and coriander.Followed by a layer of White Shahi bhaji and sprinkle some grated Paneer.Now put a red layer and serve it alongside roasted buns,Papadam and salad.
