Wash the lettuce thoroughly with salt&, cut roughly

Dice the tomato&cucumber into bite size cubes

In a seperate bowl mix (olive oil,garlic&lemon)

Put the lettuce,cucumbers and tomatoes into the olive oil mixture and mix

Garnish with some olives
