Ingredients

  1. 500 gmRice
  2. 1carrot
  3. as neededBeans
  4. 1/2 cupPeas
  5. as neededCashews
  6. as neededRaisins
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. to tastePepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the rice and let it soak

  2. 2

    Boil some water in pressure cooker and add rice into it.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil and add chopped vegetables. Add salt and black pepper into it.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for 10 mins. Add garam masala and keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Fry some kaju and kishmish. And rice is cooked then add vegetables into it. And add fried cashew and raisins.

  6. 6

    Now dish is ready to serve.
