Steps

Take a bowl and add all ingredients except fruit salt.

Now mix all well and add water to make smooth batter.

Leave the batter for 10 mins. After 10 mins, if you feel batter is not smooth, add some more water. Now grease idli moulds and mix fruit salt in batter and mix well. Pour the small quantity of batter in each idli mould and place the moulds in microwave and cook it for 5mins.

After 5 mins de mould these idlies and serve with sambhar or tomato sauce.
