I love them there chicken wings at the Chinese Restaurant here in Florida. This is for 20 whole wings, or 1 whole chicken. I am baking mine but you can fry the whole chicken or wings.

I love them there chicken wings at the Chinese Restaurant here in Florida. This is for 20 whole wings, or 1 whole chicken. I am baking mine but you can fry the whole chicken or wings.

Mix all the marinade ingredients together. It may look not so pretty.

Add chicken to a zip lock bag and coat with marinade

Squeeze all the air out of bag and zip shut.

Put into refrigerator for 2 days.

Day 3 take out of refrigerator. Let the temperature of chicken get up to room temperature.

Split the chicken in the back right next to the back bone. Put cut side down.

I put in a hot frying pan

If you are baking. Don't preheat oven. Add to oven and turn on to 400° Fahrenheit. bake till done. About an hour. let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!

If you are frying. Heat oil 350° Fahrenheit put whole chicken in oil deep fry till done approximately 20-30 minutes. Let drain and rest 15 minutes serve hope you enjoy. If frying don't overfill the pot with oil. So before you marinate it put into the pot you are frying in. Put chicken into pot. Measure water till your chicken is covered. That measure is how much oil you will need.
