Steps

Take bajra, sprinkle some water and grind one round in mixer or in kharal.

Now remove peel of bajra.

Again grind it in mixer by one round.

Now boil milk.

When milk boils add bajra and cook it in milk by continuous string.

When bajra gets soft add sugar, cardamom powder,

Cook till sugar melts.

Bajra pudding is ready, serve hot by garnishing dry fruits.
