I was having some Veggie at and when a friend of mine came around, he was like "Nna Biko make some coleslaw with these veggies. I ignored him cause I wasn't craving for that. Then yesterday, I was just thinking of what to cook and this delish came my mom to my mind and I remembered I had some veggie, so I used them and it came out really nice

Then yesterday, I was just thinking of what to cook and this delish came my mom to my mind and I remembered I had some veggie, so I used them and it came out really nice

Parboil your spaghetti with salt and set aside.

Dice your veggies with tomatoes and pepper and set aside

Season your fish with onion, salt, seasoning cube and curry. Set on fire, allow to simmer for about three minutes, fry and set aside.

Place a pot of oil on fire. Hit a little and add your diced onion, your tomatoes and pepper and fry for about 2mins. Add your fish stock(water from your steamed meat).Pour your diced carrots and green peppers. Cover and allow to simmer for about a minute. Then add your cabbage and stir together.

Now add your diced cucumbers. Repeat your above ingredients (I mean the seasoning cube, curry and salt) if need be. then pour in your pasta and stir together..

Your vegetable pasta is ready. Serve hot with any chilled drink of your choice or cold water
