Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 bowlbesan
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put besan,aata,ajwain,red chilli powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add water and make a dough.

  3. 3

    Rest dough for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Make balls with the dough.

  5. 5

    Roll the puri,heat oil in a wok add puri and deep fry till crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve with kaddu sabji.
