Steps

Wash carrots. cut it and boil in pressure cooker for 2 whistle.leave it.when pressure release grind carrots into smooth paste.

Boil milk in a pan.add sugar and dry milk boil again for 15 minutes.

Boil till become half.now add carrot paste boil on slow flame for 5 minutes.add dry fruit.

Serve hot with almond garnishing
