Creamy tomato carrot soup🍵🍵🍜🍜

Firstly roughly chop tomato, carrot, onion and garlic.keep aside.

In a pressure cooker add butter melt it. Now add bay leaf, chopped garlic, onion, carrot, tomato and saute just few minutes. Then add 1/4cup water and close the lid, cook on meadium flame until two whistle.

After two whistle let it cool down. Now transfer the cooked tomato and carrot into a blender jar blend into puree.

Now take bowl and strainer and strain the puree.

Now put a pan on the gas add tomato puree, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 1-2minutes. Now tomato carrot soup is ready.

Transfer the soup in a bowl garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
