Prepare this ladoo's with left over milk solids of ghee. It is crunchy, delicious with nice aroma.
Steps

Add milk solids of ghee in the same in which we prepared ghee
- 2
Add wheat flour fry till you get nice aroma and both ingredients mix well.

Add sugar and elachi powder mix everything well on medium - low flames and switch off the flames.

Let the above cool and take it into mixer jar, add badam and grind it to smooth powder.

Take the above into bowl and add ghee, start moulding ladoo's.

Tasty and delicious ladoo's are ready. Point to remember is use fresh milk solids of ghee other wise the ladoo taste sour.
