First fry prawn with little salt and turmeric then put prawn aside the put oil in a pan. Then add bay leaf, jeers, and dry chillies. After few minutes add lauki and onion stir for a minute. Then add all masala and salt and close the lid for 10 minute till the lauki become soft. Then add the dry prawn. And serve it with rice.

At last u can add little sugar and kasuri methi for taste
