  1. 1 poundtaro root
  2. as neededoil
  3. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/8 teaspoonground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the taro into chips, and fry

    Fry till crispy in batches till all are done season each batch as soon as you remove from oil.
