  • 1 poundtaro root
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Peel the taro root. Cut ends off

    Spray a pan. Slice the taro thinly. Season and put on pan. Spray the top of taro slices

    Bake in oven 20 - 25 minutes
