Wash and wipe Mirchi slit and remove seeds and stem. Hot oil on high flame at least it change colour approx 5mins.

For masala :-roast fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cuminseeds on slow flame 3-4mins. Now add fennel seeds and onion seeds. (Kallongi) roast 2-3mins. Let it cool. and grind.

Now take grinding powder in a bowl and add black salt salt turmeric powder dry mango powder mix well and add 3tbsp oil mix well and stuff in Mirchi. store in a glass jar and put Mirchi in sunlight for 5days.now add oil and keep it for 1week.Use only glass Jar.

After 1week u can consum one. Tasty tasty Red chilli Aacchhar is ready to serve.😍😋 Store for year.
