Ingredients

  • ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs
  • 13⁄4 cups flour
  • 11⁄2 cups sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the oil, sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, milk.

  2. 2

    Add the baking soda and flour, mix well for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1hour on medium heat.
